***Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the General Director in daily business operations. We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented professional with the potential to grow into a leadership role. This position requires a balance of strong field execution and the ability to assist in business planning and coordination.

***Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales and Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

1. Sales & Marketing Operations

- Sales Execution: Lead and monitor to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets in the pharmaceutical sector

- Sales channel & Account Support: Manage various sales channel processes and maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Field Observation: Regularly visit the field to monitor ensure high-quality customer service

- Market analysis: analyze both local and foreign market to build up implementation strategy

- Marketing Support: Implement brand promotion activities and monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs.

2. Strategic & Administrative Support (Assistance Level)

- Business Coordination: Support the General Director in aligning corporate objectives across Sales department

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide market feedback to help the management make informed decisions

- Planning Assistance: Participate in the annual budgeting and inventory planning process under the guidance of the General Director

Education and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor Degree (prefer Pharmacy, Medicine or related science graduation)

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry

- Solid experience in Sales or Marketing of healthcare products.

- Experience working with Korean or Multinational Corporations (MNCs) is preferred

Skills and Specifications

- Language: Excellent Business English Skills (Mandatory). Ability to communicate clearly with the General Director and prepare professional reports

- Strategic Mindset: Strong financial acumen and the ability to think beyond immediate sales targets to see the "big picture" of the business

- Learning Agility: Strong desire to learn business strategy and grow into a management role.

- Leadership & Attitude: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to lead by example in the field

- Integrity & Trust: Must be highly reliable, self-disciplined, and capable of handling confidential strategic information

- Problem Solving: Positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office for professional reporting and data analysis

- Agility: Ability to work under high pressure, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and travel frequently (domestic/international)
