Sales Logistics Executive

As a Sales Logistics at ITL Freight Management, you are responsible for working with ITL’s customers, sales activities, quote for customers/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for new business in order that team gain higher customer satisfaction, higher share from customers, and perform set budget of REV and GP.

• Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team target, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.

• Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remain key customers to achieve Sales target

• Construction communicates with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target

• Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working

• Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.

• Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.

• Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 - 3 years of experience at the same role in freight forwarding companies.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• University degree, major in the relevant fields.

• Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.

• Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit.

• Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working.

• Good knowledge of logistics and industrial.
