Sales Leader/Supervisor (Logistics, $1400, ID 20069)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Sales Leader/Supervisor (Logistics, $1400, ID 20069):Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve overall business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in key trade lanes such as the USA, Canada, and China.
Handle key accounts directly and support team members in closing complex or high-value deals.
Analyze market trends and freight rates to provide effective pricing strategies.
Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure consistent growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in sea freight sales and 2 years in a sales management role within the logistics industry.
Strong experience in handling US and Canada markets.
Fluent in English.
