Project Sales Staff (Interior, ID21460, 700USD)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Sales Staff (Interior, ID21460, 700USD):
- Existing Client Management (60% - 70% of time):Take over an established portfolio of corporate accounts transitioned from the Japanese Sales Manager. Nurture, maintain long-term relationships, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within this segment.
- New Business Development (30% - 40% of time):Proactively source, approach, and secure new business opportunities. Target clients include developers, design-and-build contractors, architectural firms, real estate agencies, and corporate clients (particularly Japanese FDI firms) seeking office setup, relocation, or workspace renovation.
- Consulting & Presentation:Arrange face-to-face meetings and deliver persuasive presentations on the company's interior construction capabilities and product portfolio.
- Internal Coordination:Work closely with design, project management, and administrative teams once an order is secured to ensure project delivery meets the agreed timelines and standards.
- Brand Representation:Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions (e.g., Vietbuild), and Chamber of Commerce networking events to expand the company's business network.
- Reporting & Documentation:Utilize PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to prepare professional pitches, status reports, and project estimates. Participate in corporate client entertainment activities as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/ Female, 25 - 45 years old
- University graduate or higher (major in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines is a plus)
- A minimum of 4 years of proven track record in B2B sales. Prior experience in interior fit-out, finishing materials, office furniture, or construction materials is highly preferred.
- Good at English
