Sales Engineer (HVAC, Cold Chain, Cdu, Unit Cooler)

1. Build Cold Chain Business from Ground Up

- Develop and execute business plans for refrigeration / cold chain solutions in Vietnam

- Identify key target segments: retail chains, food processing, logistics, pharma ….

2. Work Close to the Market

- Conduct market research with:

- Dealers, contractors, installers

- Investors, developers, consultants

- Analyse competitors and define market positioning

3. Drive Project & B2B Sales

- Approach and develop key accounts (chain stores, cold storage, etc.)

- Work on real projects: Proposal, Technical solution, Commercial negotiation

4. Connect Engineering with Business

- Translate customer needs into technical solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Engineering, Supply chain

- Work with regional teams (Japan, Malaysia)

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

- Build pipeline, forecast sales

- Track performance & report to management

- Support strategic decisions for new business development

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC / Mechanical / Thermal Engineering

- 2–5 years of experience in: HVAC / Refrigeration OR technical sales / project sales (B2B)

- Good English (working with regional teams)

- Experience in:

+ Cold room / CDU / unit cooler / showcase / refrigeration system

+ Retail chains / F&B / logistics / cold storage projects

- Proactive, hunter mindset

- Able to work independently & under pressure
