Sales Admin - Temporary 7 Months

• Responsible for handling payment for co-op Mkt programss across DDV, CPS, MD/KR and CES South
• Submit e-documents for deal sheet signing between SS and customers
• Follow up and push customers to submit Coop Marketing payment documents on time to ensure lead time for payment
• Verify payment documents, calculate, and process payments for customers
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and customers to resolve any payment-related issues
• Send monthly Coop Marketing lead time reports
• Support the team in closing EO and PP at period end; send EO forecasts to closed
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FE, Sales, etc.) and external parties (customers, vendors, etc.)
• Collaborate with customers/vendors to ensure timely data and document processing; handle conflicts or disputes if any
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Strong logical thinking and reporting skills
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in Sales Administration and/or Retail industry
