Safety Engineer – Kỹ Sư An Toàn

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow construction safety standards (TCVN) and basic LEED Gold requirements (e.g., dust control, waste sorting).

• Check safety method statements and PTW from Sub-contractors, then submit to the Consultant for approval.

• Supervise daily site safety, identify hazards, and ensure workers follow safety rules.

• Make HSE documents (daily/weekly reports, inspection forms) and submit them to the Consultant.

• Conduct basic safety training and toolbox talks for site workers.

• Coordinate with Civil & M&E teams to ensure a safe working environment.

• Join site inspections with the Consultant/Owner and make defect lists for safety improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• 1-2 years of experience as an HSE / Safety Engineer

• Basic English communication (can read and write reports for foreign Consultants).

• Hardworking, responsible, and practical on-site.

Education and Experience:

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Labor Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.

• Valid HSE training certificates (Group 2 or equivalent safety certificates).

• Experience working with Consultants or knowing about LEED/Green Building is an advantage (not strictly required).

Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 17tr VND (excluding OT and allowances).

• Working time: Monday – Friday and Even Saturday of month

• Working place: Thanh Hoa area – WHA project

• Yearly review salary
