Risk & Compliance Leader (Cross-Border E-Commerce) - Hanoi

• Lead Fraud, Risk, and Compliance activities for the e-commerce platform.
• Develop and optimize fraud detection and risk control models.
• Analyze data to identify fraud patterns and implement preventive measures.
• Manage trademark/IP protection and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years in Fraud, Risk, or Compliance within E-commerce/Fintech/Payment.
• Experience in fraud prevention, KYC, payment risk, and platform compliance.
• Knowledge of SQL/Python/Power BI is a plus.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
