Responsibilities:

• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports on the business performance of the Brokerage Division and the performance of individual Brokers.

• Monitor, consolidate, and analyze business performance indicators, revenue, trading fees, and Broker productivity.

• Participate in developing and implementing business development plans for the Brokerage business, including customer promotions and internal sales incentive programs.

• Research and analyze competitors’ business activities, including financial statements, fee/commission policies, Broker policies, and business programs.

• Analyze customer data and behavior to support the development of appropriate business policies and programs.

• Calculate salaries, commissions, and incentive payments for Brokers and Collaborators (CTVs) in accordance with the Company's policies.

• Provide support to Brokers on matters related to operations, business policies, and commission schemes.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of business programs.

• Perform other reporting, analytical, and related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance & Banking, Securities, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Good knowledge and understanding of securities brokerage operations and the stock market.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data processing, consolidation, and analytical skills.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to work effectively with data and numbers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in reporting and salary/commission calculations.

• Calm, friendly, approachable, and supportive personality with good teamwork skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
