• Develop, review, and improve IT policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure operational

compliance and efficiency.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies across the organization; identify and address

any non-conformance.

• Collaborate with the IT Security team to establish, update, and publish information security

policies and IT risk management procedures.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of IT processes; provide recommendations for

continuous improvement.

• Conduct training and internal communication to promote awareness and understanding of IT

policies, standards, and procedures.

• Propose and coordinate process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality and the

internal user experience.

• Work closely with related departments (IT Operations, Security, PMO, etc.) to ensure all IT

activities comply with corporate standards.

• Oversee the implementation of information security measures to ensure compliance with

company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer

Science, or a related field.

• Solid knowledge of IT governance, information security, and relevant frameworks

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and well-versed in internal control processes.

• Over 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT governance, IT process control, or IT risk

management.

• Prior experience in the finance, banking, or securities industry or within a large-scale corporate IT

environment is an advantage.
