Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance
Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all company products and services.
Fully understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance.
2. Market Information and Sales Analysis
Responsible for on time submission of monthly report which includes stock share, price monitoring, competitor activities, …
Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer performance, channel performance, product performance ….
To timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to direct manager
3. Customer Management
Weekly and Monthly Action Plan
Customer Visit
4. Order Management
5. Point of Purchase (P.O.P) Management and Marketing Activities
6. Sales and Transportation Forecast
Responsible for sales forecast, discuss and review sales forecast with Area Retail Sales Manager and agree action plan
To on time submit the sales forecast to Knauf sales performance team
7. Budget Management
Recommend customer investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agree with direct manager
Monitor actual spend versus planned expenditure
6. Others
Ensure company’s selling tools and all support materials are fully exploited for the mutual benefit of company and customers.
To ensure that all responsibilities and tasks follow customer management working process and all proposals follow company format.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any majors
5-7 years sales experience in building material or consumer product
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, enthusiasm and be able to inspire others
Ability to work under pressure condition
Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
Strong team player, leader or participant
