Retail Project Executive (Interior, Fitout)

Design Alignment & Technical Scope
• Understand and align regional design layouts for accurate local execution.
• Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and specifications.
• Apply strong space planning and fixture knowledge to support commercial needs.

Project Management Scope
• Lead store expansion, renovation, and maintenance projects end to end.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams

Vendor & Documentation Scope
• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage performance.
• Handle purchase orders, supplies, and project documentation.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate project records.

Cost Estimating & Financial Control Scope
• Follow approved estimating practices for accurate project budgeting.
• Recommend improvements to reduce gaps between estimated and actual cost.
• Identify cost trends and support cost reduction initiatives

Maintenance & Store Condition Scope
• Conduct regular store checks to identify defects or safety risks.
• Assess impact on sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Recommend cost efficient solutions and ensure timely resolution.

Fixture & Asset Management Scope
• Manage all store fixtures and assets from specifications to lifecycle tracking.
• Monitor fixture quality and propose repair or replacement plans.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with regional fixture standards.

Others
• Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and assigned reports.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or any relevant.
• 1 year of experience with commercial interior fit-outs, on very tight time frames with high-end finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and PDF Editor.
• Good in communication skills, able to communicate in English.
• Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites for this role.
