Tuyển dụng Retail Operation Manager

• Manage people, sales department, store operations (TSN Airport, Noi Bai Airport, Cam 
  Ranh Airport, Đà Nẵng Airport, to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and 
  profitability goals. Be responsible of P&L, ensure to achieve sale and profit target.  
• Ensure store windows and in-store visual merchandising are in line with brand’s guideline and the store is maintained in proper housekeeping. 
• Monitor and ensure the retail store inventory level; replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly. 
• Attend customer complaints and ensure they are tactfully handled. 
• Communicate company and store direction to staff and prepare action plan in order to drive sales. 
• Ensure sales events and promotion in accordance to sales plan. 
  Ensure store staff job results by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and 
  disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for staff performance improvement. 
• Work with the management and HR regarding manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training program, staff evaluation and all personnel actions. 
• Ensure that all HR issues are carried out consistently with the company’s HR policies and 
  practice. 
• Ensure staff working schedule, handle and maintain staff discipline. 
• Submit all monthly store expenses/invoices, sales performance, and other reports to Finance Manager to process the payment. 
• Build the long-term strategy to help Sales department utilize their most capabilities in achieving set objectives. 
• Outline and define various sales territories to ensure enough manpower of each shop.
• Develop and implement effective solutions for improving sales efficiency and performance.
• Develop action plans to increase sales figures.
• Manage Visual Merchandising team 
• Manage Marketing to finalize the promotion / launching before getting final decision.
• Training: Training new and current employees, following company’s guideline. 
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales,… 
• Minimum 5 years experience as Sales/ Retails Manager. 
• Retails Operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills
• Good communication. 
• Team work and able to work independently. 
• Detailed, responsible, enthusiastic and honest
