Restaurant Manager - Quản Lý Nhà Hàng

- Operations: Supervise daily floor operations, guest seating, and food and beverage service to ensure 5-star standards.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests, handle feedback promptly, and build strong customer relationships.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the service team to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Financial Performance: Manage restaurant budgets, monitor food and beverage sales, and control operational and labor costs.
- Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and occupational health regulations.

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager/Relevant positions in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading large multicultural teams, conflict resolution, and motivational leadership.
- Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L analysis, food cost percentages, and revenue management.
- Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends, fine dining service protocols, and wine/beverage pairing.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for seamless corporate reporting and international guest relations.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving agility, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work under high-pressure situations.
