WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a helpdesk, NOC, or call center environment

• Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms

• Calm under pressure with strict process compliance

• Fluent English — written and spoken

• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
