Program Overview
The Large Corporate Banking Division (Ho Chi Minh City) is looking for high-potential candidates to join as Management Trainees / Interns. This program is designed for ambitious individuals eager to gain real-world experience in corporate banking and work with top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing and servicing large corporate clients.
Assist in preparing credit proposals, reports, and transaction documents.
Participate in business operations and implementation of financial products.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
Join client meetings and business engagement activities when required.

Final-year students or fresh graduates in: Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration.
Minimum academic performance: Good or above.
Strong interest in Corporate Banking / B2B relationship management.
Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
Preferred candidates:
Leadership experience (class representative, clubs, organizations).
Strong extracurricular achievements.
