Regional Supply Chain Analyst (English & Chinese)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a
Regional Supply Chain Analyst (English & Chinese, $1900, ID20036)
Conduct sourcing activities with both existing and potential suppliers based on business requirements and inquiries.
Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of supply chain progress.
Prepare and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including developing evaluation criteria, supplier scorecards, and following up on improvement actions.
Coordinate end-to-end flow of goods and services from origin to destination, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and optimization of logistics and transportation processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, lead negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure cost efficiency and supply reliability.
Male/Female, under 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
Preference for candidates with experience in the packaging industry, particularly with exposure to UV-related products/processes.
Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, with strong capabilities in inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, and contract management.
Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Proficient in ERP systems.
