Fabric Sourcing Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Fabric Sourcing Manager ($2000,
ID 21276)
Lead fabric sourcing activities, supplier development, and vendor relationship management to ensure quality, cost, compliance, and delivery performance.
Develop and implement sourcing processes, testing standards, and risk assessment procedures for new fabrics, fibers, and technologies.
Manage supplier onboarding, audits, compliance certifications, and continuous improvement programs across the vendor base.
Ensure fabric quality standards, material safety requirements, and approval processes (lab dips, strike-offs, yarn skeins, bulk lots) are effectively executed.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
Drive fabric innovation, sustainability initiatives, and alternative source development to support business objectives.
Build and maintain fabric collections, libraries, and approved supplier matrices.
Provide technical support and coordinate with Product Development, Production, QA, Washing, Printing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve fabric-related issues.
Monitor sourcing KPIs, control costs, manage supply risks, and drive operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop sourcing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Female, below 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree.
At least 8 years of experience in Fabric Sourcing & Development, including 5 years at Manager level.
Strong expertise in fabric sourcing, fabric mill development, supplier management, and price negotiation.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English.
