AQUA Vietnam is looking for a Regional Service Supervisor to join our Service Department and take responsibility for DSC operations, service performance, and customer satisfaction within the assigned region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily DSC operations to ensure KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor DSC performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Visit shops and customers to conduct service satisfaction surveys and identify improvement opportunities.
• Represent AQUA and provide support to nearby Service Centers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and effective service operations.
• Monitor key service performance indicators, including CSI, DSI, LTP 3D, STAT, and 24h/48h completion rate.
• Manage and develop the team to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree or above; College degree or above may be considered based on experience.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in DSC management, Customer Service, Service Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in team management and service operations.
• Good understanding of service processes and operational systems.
• Good Excel skills and ability to work with performance data.
• Strong multitasking skills with an open-minded and proactive mindset.
• Careful, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
