Tuyển dụng Regional IT Leader tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Regional IT Coordination & Governance

- Serve as the primary coordination point between the SEA CIO and Country IT teams across Southeast Asia, ensuring effective communication and alignment on regional priorities.

- Consolidate operational issues, business requirements, and technical challenges from each country, providing timely updates and recommendations to the SEA CIO.

- Monitor the implementation of regional IT standards, policies, initiatives and ensuring consistent execution across all countries.

2. Regional IT Operations & Service Support

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of regional IT systems,

with particular support for Vietnam operations.

- Support Country IT in handling incidents that exceed the capabilities of local IT levels.

3. IT Policy Implementation & Compliance

- Deploy security policies (MFA, passwords, software licensing, device standards…).

- Monitor compliance across countries and provide guidance to Country IT teams to address gaps and improve adherence.

4. Regional IT Projects

- Participate in evaluating upgrade, update, and migration projects as approved by the CIO.

- Coordinate in the implementation of digitalization projects related to infrastructure and basic applications.

5. User training & support

- Participate organize IT training sessions: M365, security, device usage… as requested by the CIO.

- Support Country IT in improving operational skills.

6. Reporting & continuous improvement

- Provide periodic reports to the SEA CIO on operations, incidents, and compliance levels.

- Propose solutions to optimize IT operations

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- At least 3 years of IT responsibility, with actual experience in deploying and operating Cloud systems (Azure, AWS…) as well as infrastructure and configuring security (System Administrator, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security).

- Experience with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, WAF, PAM/PIM, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of IT governance, IT service management, IT standards.

- Experience working in multi-country or regional environments is preferred.

- Professional proficiency in English.
