Recruitment Sup (KCN Amata)

1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus - 60%)

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for all levels (Office staff, Warehouse Operations, and Line Managers).

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet ongoing manpower needs.

Proactively manage employer branding and sourcing channels (Social media, Job portals, Networks).

2. General HR & Operations (40%)

- Manage C&B operations, ensuring accurate monthly payroll data and insurance administration.

- Handle Employee Relations (ER), employee engagement, and labor contract compliance according to local laws.

- Utilize Advanced Excel to manage HR data, generate reports, and optimize HR processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 5+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition and General HR -(Logistics/Supply Chain/Manufacturing background is a plus).

Skills:

- Proven track record of hiring across diverse job levels.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting).

Good command of English (spoken & written).

- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent working style, and high confidentiality.

Location: Based in or near Bien Hoa, Dong Nai for a convenient daily commute.
