Recruitment Executive

- To support recruitment activities of Panasonic Vietnam Group (PVG) companies (e.g. attracting applications, sourcing, screening, short - listing, arranging interviews and following up)

- To plan and execute various activities aiming to enhance PVG employer brand

- To maintain and develop candidate pool to ensure candidate source for effective recruitment

- To maintain and develop good relationships with recruiting/headhunter agencies

- To propose optimal recruitment channels/ method, enhancing recruiting capabilities of Panasonic Group Companies in Vietnam

- To conduct candidate reference checks (if any)

- Other HR tasks as assigned by the team leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduate

- About 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably from big-size foreign-owned companies or headhunting companies.

- English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skill are a must. Japanese language proficiency is a great advantage

- Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Labor Market and Trend is a plus

- Good application of MS Office tools

- Customer service orientation, quick learner, positive thinker

- Highly proactive, self-motivated, team work spirit and the ability to work under high pressure
