Recruitment Consultant (All Levels)

- Collaborate with the BD team to understand clients' hiring requirements and recruitment expectations.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for assigned positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various industries and functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Provide professional consultation and market insights to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports in the company's database and ATS system.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use English in the workplace.
- Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, FMCG, or F&B sectors is an advantage.
