Mô tả công việc

Task Post Contract QS Responsibility

• Develop material lists and procurement plans, issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and draft subcontract documents.

• Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations.

• Liaise closely with the Purchase department to facilitate material purchases.

• Monitor design revisions and proactively prepare Variation Orders (VOs).

• Perform checking and accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as ID QS

• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis...
