Quantity Surveyors (Kỹ Sư Khối Lượng - Lương Upto $1500)

Task Tender QS Responsibility

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope of work, discrepancies, potential risks, or ambiguities.

• Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs to establish the Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Material Lists for the project scope.

• Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to consutlants to resolve queries and gathering sufficient tender information for accurate pricing.

• Calling and compile quotations from the suppliers/ subcontractors.

• Compile, review, and finalize the commercial submission package.

• Execute additional QS tasks or ad-hoc support as assigned by the management team

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as ID QS

• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills

• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry

• Proficiency in English

• Sex: male/ Female

• Age: from 25- 40 years old
