Quality Manager (Urgent)

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the overall quality strategy and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring products, suppliers, and manufacturing processes consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Quality Management

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Lead and develop the Quality team to achieve operational excellence.

Product & Process Quality

- Ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with quality, performance, and safety requirements.

- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions.

Supplier Quality

- Lead supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and supplier development programs.

- Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering teams to enhance supplier capability and product quality.

Testing & Compliance

- Oversee laboratory operations, product testing, equipment calibration, and validation activities.

- Ensure compliance with product standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

- Act as the main contact for external auditors and certification bodies.

Customer Quality

- Lead customer complaint investigations and drive corrective action plans.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and key quality performance indicators.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Must have experience related to Automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 / IATF, Supplier Quality Management, Product Validation & Testing, Audit Management

• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (8D, CAPA, etc.)

• Experience in technical manufacturing, engineered components, advanced materials, or highly regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Fluent English communication.
