Quality Control (QC) Supervisor

Our client, a 100% Japanese-owned manufacturing company, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of
Quality Control (QC) Supervisor. The job responsibilities and benefits are as follows:
· Supervise daily quality control activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
· Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
· Monitor quality performance and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
· Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely resolution.
· Lead quality improvement activities using QC tools, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.
· Manage, train, coach, and evaluate QC inspectors and technicians.
· Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, and suppliers to improve product quality.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
· Support internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.
Benefits:
Salary Range: USD 1,000 – 1,200 per month (Gross), negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, precision manufacturing, or Japanese manufacturing companies is preferred.
Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, CAPA, etc.).
Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring/inspection equipment.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Business-level English (spoken and written).
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Experience in motor manufacturing, customer quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
