Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a 100% Japanese-owned manufacturing company, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material Warehouse). The job responsibilities and benefits are as follows:
· Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and inventory control.
· Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory.
· Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement activities.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
· Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.
· Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.
· Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.
Benefits
Salary: USD 800 – 1000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience.

1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
Forklift driving experience
Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
3. Language
· Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
