Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities:

- Checking physical, chemical, and microbiological quality parameters for dried fruits, fresh fruits & vegetables

- Conducting inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications and local regulatory standards.

- Testing equipment such as moisture meters and refractometer.

- Implementing and monitoring HACCP and GMP.

- Ensure adherence to international regulatory and customer requirements.

- Keep up to date with changes in compliance and certification standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in food technology, microbiology, agriculture or a related field.

• Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality control role in a food industry.

• Ability to work collaborative with teams.
