Your duties & responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve the Safe Launch Process, including checklists, product quality

documentation, milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and coordination across framas locations.

• Monitor new projects during commercialization and issue launch reports after the first 15 days

of mass production.

• Coordinate with Development, DTO, IT, Production, and Quality teams to ensure required SOPs,

confirmed samples, physical parts, and quality documents are complete and available on time.

• Develop quality standards, requirements, and supporting tools for printing suppliers.

• Analyze printing-related quality issues, root causes, corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure printing suppliers comply with applicable chemical requirements: A01 and RSL.

• Review and verify Decoration SOPs together with Development team before mass production.

• Support the operation and improvement of Scan Scale Finished Goods & Shot-weight (SSFG) &

SSSW, including procedures, training, troubleshooting, data verification, and system upgrades.

• Conduct monthly Metal Scan Operation and SSFG master-data audits to minimize risks.

• Develop and maintain digital tools and Power BI reports for quality audits, supplier

management, shot & FG weight data, GRS mass balance, and other projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong auditing, communication, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and commercialization processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI

• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
