Sử dụng thành thạo các dụng cụ đo kiểm như **thước cao, đồng hồ so, dưỡng vòng, dưỡng chốt, dưỡng ren, thước cặp, panme** và các dụng cụ đo chính xác khác.

Use precision measuring tools such as **height gauges, dial indicators, ring gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, calipers, micrometers**, and other inspection equipment.

Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ khí và dung sai kích thước.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and dimensional tolerances.

Thực hiện đo kiểm bằng Romer Arm (PC-DMIS), CMM Hexagon và các thiết bị đo chính xác khác.

Perform measurements using Romer Arm (PC-DMIS), Hexagon CMM, and other precision measuring equipment.

Xác nhận sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu; xử lý và kiểm tra lại sản phẩm sau khi sửa chữa/làm lại.

Verify product conformity and perform re-inspection after repair or rework.

Kiểm soát quá trình kiểm tra đảm bảo phù hợp với bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của khách hàng.

Ensure inspection activities comply with drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.

Prepare and maintain quality inspection records as required.

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc các ngành liên quan.

College/University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí t

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

- Có khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, kích thước, dung sai và GD&T.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.

- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng CMM, Romer Arm/Absolute Arm (PC-DMIS)

Experience with CMM, Romer Arm/Absolute Arm (PC-DMIS).

- Có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra và đo các chi tiết dạng cylinder, bao gồm đường kính, độ tròn, độ trụ, độ đồng tâm và các đặc tính hình học liên quan.

- Experience in inspecting and measuring cylindrical components, including diameter, roundness, cylindricity, concentricity, and related geometric characteristics.

Knowledge of metrology, quality inspection, and measuring equipment calibration.

- Có kiến thức về quy trình sản xuất và an toàn trong môi trường sản xuất.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices in a production environment.
