QA Officer (Contract 6 Months)

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) at the manufacturing site:
  • Act as the Local Training Administrator.
  • Manage training requests from departments and monitor training completion.
  • Implement training requirements available in the system.
  • Liaise with global teams to resolve issues arising from system implementation.
  • Support the monitoring of QMS and QTP systems.
  • Deploy risk management tools across the manufacturing site.
  • Collect QSMP documents and manage Quality Agreements.
  • Monitor SCNs through the system.
  • Track and ensure the validity of GMP and Halal certificates from suppliers.
• Support GMP Documentation Management:
  • Monitor the timely review and renewal of SOPs and procedures.
  • Manage the review process for bookmarks, logbooks, loose forms, and related GMP documents.
  • Monitor archive room activities and document retention processes.
• Support Change Control, Deviations, and CAPA Activities:
  • Perform assigned tasks related to GxP change controls, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation.
  • Participate in departmental simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Pest Control Program Management:
  • Perform activities related to pest control management within the manufacturing site.
  • Investigate pest-related incidents.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the site's pest control program.
• General Support:
  • Support other departmental activities as required.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and regulations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or other related disciplines.
• At least 6 months of experienced in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Systems. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Has experienced and used to work in quality assurance system or GMP site
• Fluent in English-4 skills
