QA Manager/ Quản Lý Chất Lượng

• Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment of the respective customers’ products maintaining delivery on time.

• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure products or services meet customer expectations.

• Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.

• Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.

• Problem-solving when customers call out the issues, need to fix/ monitor immediately and make sure not to repeat.

• Educating and driving the quality team in the proper way for continuous improvement and keeping consistent quality.

• Train team members on quality control processes, procedures and policies ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

• Minimize rejection, failures and customer complain

• Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all necessary records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

• At least 5-10 years of management experience in QA/QC textiles/garments.

• Strong leadership/ communication skills.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

• Strong problem-solving skills, root cause analysis and making decision skills.

• Good knowledge of quality control processes, SOPs.

• Experience with product: Outerwear, jacket - USA Customer as: Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, Columbia, etc.

• Vietnamese candidate.

• English proficiency is good.

• Has experience in QA Garment over 10 years, QA Manager in Factory (over 5 years).

• Experience in Merchandiser is nice to have.

• QA manager need to trip to wide area as north and south area
