QA Manager (FDI Factory)

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.

• Experience with ISO standards and automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
