QA Manager (Apparel Industry) - Thanh Hóa

1. Purpose

- To implement quality assurance systems and processes and provides advice to ensure the product and process quality meets customer specifications.

2. Duties and Responsibilities.

- Adhere to all quality standards within the company in respect of the product, systems, and processes so as to ensure the effective management of the department.

- Maintain the requirements of all quality management systems.

- Achieve set quality standards of the organization and the buyers

- Ensure that all accreditation requirements of the international retailers are continued.

- Maintain relevant information and records required to monitor customer needs, customer satisfaction, process capability and testing and inspection, and enabling the identification & tractability of products.

- Ensure relevant information and records related to quality are maintained to the required standards.

- Leading, directing, and motivating the team whilst continuously monitoring and providing feedback to improve the team’s performance, and developing team capabilities to meet current and future business needs of the quality dept team.

- Assess the annual recourse requirement of the section.

- Representing section for all the operational requirements & ensuring the minutes are followed

- Follow up with buyers Product Safety Audit & ensure to follow Buyer Standards.

- Coordinate Buyer QA Inspections & ensure to follow up all the shipments.

- Identify the training needs if the staff & organize training programs to uplift their skills

- Any other matter may assign by the management from time to time
