FOB Garment Merchandiser (Mỹ Đình - Hà Nội)

1. Sample Development Stage

- Receive Tech pack, information from buyer, translate and give comment.

- Working with related department for making sample.

- Translate sample comment from English to Vietnamese and review it with sample room before next sample making.

- Arrange materials/ schedule for sampling as Proto, Fit, Test, SMS.

- Control problem during sample development

- Arrange testing following manual during development stage.

- Other tasks will be discussed in more detail in the interview.

2. Production Stage

- Material booking, production schedule, inspection/lab test, shipment.

- Directly contact and take care of customers. Negotiation with customers via e-mail regarding difficulties during processing samples and bulk production.

- Work with Technical, QA and factory management team to ensure all decisions and standards are met.

- Study document, samples, arrange PP sample to get buyer’s confirmation before production.

- Updated document from buyers. Send updated documents to the related department/factory to arrange production.

- Other task will be discussed in more detail in the interview.
