Purchasing Staff (Nhân Viên Phòng Mua Hàng)

• Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors

• Review inventories and order spare-parts, consumption, tools as required.

• Manage purchase orders within on D365/portal web system in a timely manner.

• Review delivery against the orders and control delivery.

• Do customs clearance for shipment.

• Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)

• Make payment request, Update data for purchasing control report, Supplier evaluation.

• Other jobs as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from university (compulsory), major: economics/ supply chain/ foreign trade

• Prefer to have working experience in garment industry purchasing at least 1-2 years

• Good at data management and system procedure;

• Good mindset about timeline and cost.

• Good at English communication skills (verbal and nonverbal)

• Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point; Power PI; Automate
