Digital Transformation Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

1. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain apps, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems to reduce manual work.

- Assist in digitizing supplier-related processes (e.g., onboarding, performance tracking).

- Create AI-enabled solutions (e.g., document processing, chatbots) using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.

- Ensure solutions follow basic security and compliance guidelines.

- Provide user training and support for deployed solutions.

- Document processes and maintain solution libraries.

2. Core Competencies :

- Problem-solving and attention to detail.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple departments.

1. Role Summary : We are looking for a DX Engineer to support our digital transformation initiatives by automating manual processes, building applications, and enabling data-driven insights. This role focuses on hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform and basic AI tools to improve internal workflows and supplier collaboration.

2. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in process automation or application development.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot).

- Basic understanding of data modeling and integration.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint).

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese.

3. Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, Azure AI).

- Knowledge of ERP integration basics.

- Microsoft certifications (PL-900 or PL-100) are a plus.

4. Working place: Hanoi or Hung Yen
