PURCHASING MANAGER

Our client, a leading company in the
Packaging Industry, is looking for a talented and strategic
Purchasing Manager to lead their procurement team at the VSIP 2 plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Procurement Management: Develop material purchasing plans; build and execute long-term procurement strategies to ensure supply chain continuity.
Supplier Relationship Management: Source, evaluate, select, and develop local & overseas supplier networks; lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Cost & Contract Control: Manage procurement budgets; draft, review, and track purchasing contracts; collaborate with Accounting, Warehouse, and Production departments to optimize costs.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop the purchasing team; establish and continuously improve procurement processes and regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to streamline operations and handle other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Over 5 years of professional experience in procurement/purchasing
(Experience in the Packaging Industry is a strong plus).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related majors.
Languages:
Proficient in English
(Candidates with good command of
Chinese/Mandarin are highly preferred).
Skills: Strong negotiation, contract management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
