Project Manager (SI)

To lead and manage System Integration (SI) projects, ensuring the successful integration of IT systems while meeting the client's technical specifications and business requirements.

• Project Management: Manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of SI projects
  throughout the lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Work directly with Clients and relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical teams during the implementation, integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go-live phases.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate integration risks, focusing on security, system performance, and compatibility issues.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Contracts and Project Processes; provide regular status reports to all stakeholders.

Functional Competencies:

• Ability to manage complex SI projects involving multiple stakeholders and high technical requirements.
• Strong capability in building and maintaining relationships with Clients and partners.
• Proficiency in managing risks related to integration, security, and operations.
• Understanding of IT operations to effectively coordinate activities within SI projects.
• Strong mindset for compliance with Contracts, Processes, and Regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and
  stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with Government/Public Sector or Banking & Finance clients is a strong plus.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center projects is advantageous.
