Cloud Solution Architect (OCI)

ead the consulting, architectural design, and implementation of migration projects from AWS, Azure, GCP, On-premises, or VMware to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Build and manage multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments, specifically integrating AWS, Azure, and OCI.
Evaluate current customer systems to define the best migration path, such as Rehost, Replatform, or Refactor.
Design and implement modern cloud-native architectures using Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes (OKE), CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.
Experience designing High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and secure enterprise cloud architectures
Lead technical workshops, execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), and prepare architecture documents like HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design)

achelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Cloud/Infrastructure, with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Proven track record of working with large-scale enterprises (with a strong preference for Banking or Government sectors), demonstrating a deep understanding of their specific regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
Strong understanding of enterprise-grade platforms, including Oracle Database, Exadata, or other mission-critical infrastructure systems.
Direct experience leading and executing large-scale migration projects to OCI from diverse environments (On-premise, AWS, Azure, or VMware).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consulting mindset and the ability to work directly with large enterprise stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Microservices and Container orchestration, including OKE, EKS, or AKS.
Proficiency in Oracle Database or high-end systems
Solid understanding of Cloud Network and Security
Familiarity with Data Analytics and Big Data platforms
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible
Certifications:
Professional-level certifications in OCI Architect, AWS/Azure Architect, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are highly required.
