Project Manager (Chủ Quản OPM) (English - Chinese Speaking)

1. End-to-End Project Delivery Management

• Manage the complete project delivery lifecycle from order confirmation by the China

Business Unit through project kick-off, procurement, assembly, commissioning,

and shipment.

• Participate in procurement planning during the project preparation stage, evaluate

project costs, lead times, and potential risks, and develop detailed delivery plans to

ensure project milestones, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

2. Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead and manage a delivery team of 5–8 members, allocate tasks according to

project size, location, and complexity, and optimize manpower, tools, and material

resources to maximize delivery efficiency.

• Develop team work plans, performance evaluation standards, and incentive

mechanisms. Monitor execution, organize technical training, project reviews, and

knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and support the

development of new employees.

• Build a positive, high-performing, and stable team culture that promotes employee

engagement and minimizes staff turnover.

3. Delivery System Development & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and continuously improve standardized delivery processes, SOPs,

documentation templates, and project management procedures.

• Capture project experience, troubleshooting cases, and technical know-how to

build a knowledge base, enabling standardized and scalable delivery while reducing

costs, shortening lead times, and improving delivery quality.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Governance

• Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and After-sales teams to

ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.

• Track project delivery data, conduct post-project reviews, prepare delivery reports,

identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

• Perform other management duties assigned by the supervisor.

1. Bachelor

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.

2. Fluent English & Chinese for daily business communication. The successful candidate will be based full-time at the Vietnam manufacturing site.

3. Strong leadership, project planning, and resource coordination skills with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.

5. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation equipment installation, commissioning, and project delivery, with at least 2 years of experience managing a delivery team.

6. Solid understanding of non-standard automation equipment and automated production line delivery processes. Experience in 3C electronics, lithium battery, photovoltaic, automotive components, or packaging industries is highly preferred.
