1. Delivery & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Define project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes and performance

2. ODC Operations Management

• Manage ODC teams, including resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and scaling
• Oversee team productivity, performance, and output quality
• Establish clear workflows, governance models, and reporting structures
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost optimization

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly and proactively
• Align expectations and ensure high client satisfaction
• Handle escalations and drive resolution effectively

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and capability
• Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback
• Foster a proactive, accountable, and high-performance team culture

5. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks early and take corrective actions
• Ensure quick response and resolution to issues without impacting delivery
• Maintain high availability and responsiveness to project needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing Offshore Development Center (ODC) or distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
• Preferred:
  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Technical background in Software Development, QA, or DevOps.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
