Project Engineer

Objectives of the Position

Supervise MEP works at Site to ensure progress, quality, Safety and most importantly within budget./ Thực hiện giám sát các công việc MEP của dự án để đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn và ngân sách được giao.

Task and Responsibilities

- Supervise and oversee mechanical and electrical activities and do daily report toensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety

regulations/Thực hiện giám sát trên công trường và báo cáo hàng ngày để đảm bảo việc thực hiện các công việc liên quan phần cơ/điện theo đúng kế hoạch và tiêu chuẩn, tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn.

- Supervise/ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and service./Giám sát/Phối hợp với các nhà thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan khác của dự án để đảm bảo cung cấp vật tư và dịch vụ kịp thời.

- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensureaccurate implementation of construction plans./Kiểm tra, phân tích các bản vẽ kỹ thuật, bản thiết kế và thông số kỹ thuật để đảm bảo thực hiện chính xác kế hoạch xây dựng

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any construction defects or deviations from design requirements;/Tiến hành kiểm tra hiện trường thường xuyên và kiểm tra kiểm soát chất lượng để xác định và giải quyết mọi sai sót hoặc sai lệch trong việc cung cấp, lắp đặt so với yêu cầu thiết kế

- Perform and Manage project documentation following ISO 9001:2015 Standard and progress reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance following requirement by specify projects/Thực hiện và Quản lý tài liệu dự án theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2015, báo cáo tiến độ, để đảm bảo lưu trữ hồ sơ chính xác và tuân thủ quy định của từng dự án.

- Follow up Site Manager’s guidances and collaborate with other team members to develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies./Tuân thủ chỉ dẫn của Quản lý Công Trường và phối hợp với các thành viên khác trong nhóm để phát triển và thực hiện tiến độ xây dựng,bàn

giao và lắp đặt, kế hoạch phân bổ nguồn lực và chiến lược quản lý rủi ro.

- Support to safety to register workforce from suppilers/ subcontractor when working at Site to make sure compliance with specified requirements at Site/ Hỗ trợ đăng ký thông tin nhân lực của nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ khi ra vào công trường theo quy định của từng Site

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, staff and workers team, and regulatory authorities to address project-related issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction;/Giao tiếp hiệu quả với khách hàng, nhà thầu phụ, cấp trên, đội ngũ kỹ sư, anh em công nhân trên công trường và cơ quan quản lý để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của các bên liên quan;

- Other additional and ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisors./Các nhiệm vụ bổ sung và đột xuất khác được giao bởi cấp trên.
