Job Description

- Design coordination: Monitoring and coordinating the entire design process from concept → basic design → technical design → construction drawing design → completion

- Legal & government agency procedures: Monitor legal procedures related to planning, design, construction and acceptance of the project. Other related procedures...

- Design Document Management, Design Data System Management

- Progress & Reporting: Preparation and Monitoring, Coordination with Construction

- Construction technical knowledge, consulting management, other tasks

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Graduated from university, majoring in architecture

Experience: Have 8 years of experience, of which: Minimum of 5 years of working in a similar position, at least 5 years as the Investor, at least 1 urban area project of similar scale and type

Specialized skills:

Knowledge of Standards and Regulations on design, construction, and investment projects, Understand and master construction design expertise, In-depth understanding of construction law, Ability to coordinate and pursue work to completion

Soft skills

Responsible thinking and carefulness, proactive thinking, Ability to manage multiple legal tasks simultaneously, design and report directly to management, Ability to work well with government agencies
