Short-term Challenges

• Develop an understanding of Phu My Hung’s marketing strategies and the strategies of other companies in the real estate sector in the Northern market.

• Develop digital marketing activities for brand-building purposes rather than direct sales, which may affect employee bonuses or income.

• Continuously adapt marketing plans to meet changing business plans.

Long-term Challenges

• Be willing to travel to projects in Northern Vietnam.

• Explore and develop markets, customers, and partners in the Northern market.

Main Responsibilities

1. Communication & Marketing Planning

• Advise and take responsibility for developing communication plans in line with the Company’s direction, including:

o General market information

o Digital marketing

o OOH

o Co-branding

o Development of Phu My Hung’s social media channels

o Communication materials

2. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Implement detailed activities under the overall Marketing Plan, including:

o Digital advertising campaigns

o Working with partners to deploy LED screen advertising and OOH campaigns

o Producing communication props, content, visuals, and corporate introduction films

o Carrying out communication activities at events

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor the performance of assigned activities.

• Prepare reports on the assigned marketing activities.

• Propose solutions and adjustment plans where necessary.

4. Sales Training & Project Communication

• Organize internal training sessions for the Sales team on project sales plans, key project information, and relevant updates.

• Ensure Sales Consultants have a comprehensive understanding of project information and are well-prepared to effectively implement the sales plan.

EducationYêu cầu công việc

Education

• University degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.

• Experience in developing marketing plans, detailed digital marketing plans, implementing campaigns, and evaluating results.

• Experience in content writing and PR.

Specialized Skills

• Good analytical and summarization skills.

• Good presentation skills.

Soft Skills

• Good English proficiency.

• A can-do attitude.

• Good cooperation and teamwork skills to successfully complete projects.
