Project Coordinator (Construction, $750, ID21456)

- Support the Project Manager in coordinating interior fit-out projects to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and project quality.
- Monitor site progress, identify risks, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, and coordinate with site teams, QS, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, submissions, reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, technical documents, and handover files while maintaining an accurate document control system.
- Track construction progress, variation orders (VO), design changes, site instructions, and support inspections, project meetings, and handover activities.
- Assist with quantity take-off, variation and payment processes, monitor procurement status and material deliveries, and support budget tracking and cost control.

- Gender: Male, Age: Under 45 years old
- Graduate from College, major in Civil & Industrial Construction, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or other related disciplines.
- Have 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry (commercial/residential/building projects) or interior fit-out project coordination.
- Ability to read and review 2D AutoCAD drawings for quantity take-off and project analysis; AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.
- Can communicate in English
