In Vietnam, we commissioned a 40MW solar power plant in Mui Ne (Binh Thuan) and are currently constructing a 30 MW Wind Farm in Binh Dai, Ben Tre.

A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the CEO and project teams in coordinating renewable energy project development activities, including project documentation, regulatory submissions, legal coordination, timelines and cross-functional follow-up. The role will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure key project actions, approvals and deliverables are properly tracked and completed on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
• Coordinate development activities across multiple renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, BESS and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal and other relevant departments to collect information and complete project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, legal/regulatory milestones, deliverables and assigned action items to support timely project development.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and required submissions.
• Prepare project status reports, action lists, meeting minutes, and updates on key project issues, legal risks and matters requiring management decision.
Regulatory & Government Documentation
• Assist in preparing investment proposals, submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain records of permits, approvals and government correspondence.
• Track regulatory deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Research and summarize new laws, decrees, circulars and government policies relevant to renewable energy development.
• Regularly update market information, bidding/investor selection information, IPD, EOI, IRC requirements, and project documentation requirements specific to each locality.
• Legal Coordination
• Coordinate contract review processes with the Legal Department.
• Prepare first drafts of standard documents such as: MOU, NDA, LOI, Official letters, Internal memorandums
• Track contract status, approvals and execution.
• Maintain contract database and document management system.
• Management Support
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings with investors, government authorities and strategic partners.
• Conduct research on potential partners, investors and industry developments.
• Organize management meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support due diligence and data room preparation for financing and M&A transactions.
• Administrative Support
• Organize and maintain confidential project documentation.
• Coordinate document circulation and approval workflow.
• Assist in implementing document control and confidentiality procedures.
• CEO Assistant Support
• Support the CEO in preparing meeting materials, tracking key action items and following up on assigned tasks.
• Perform other assigned tasks to support the CEO and project development activities.
Education

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Project Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project development, legal, investment, engineering, construction, renewable energy, infrastructure or real estate.
• Experience supporting project documentation, regulatory submissions, government-related procedures, contract coordination or cross-functional project teams is an advantage.
Skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent drafting ability in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
