Project Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a solid technical foundation to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. You will coordinate end-to-end project activities, translate complex business requirements into clear workflows and mockups, and ensure smooth system delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Project Manager/Project Expert in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities.
Track implementation progress, update timelines, and remind stakeholders to adhere to the plan.
Coordinate schedules for meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and project operation meetings.
Consolidate and update work status from business units, technical teams, and partners
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), progress reports, action lists, and related documents.
Manage, store, and track project documents such as SOW, BRD, FSD, test cases, deployment plans etc.
Track the execution of action items after meetings.
Assist in preparing documents for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-deployment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Secretary, PMO, or Project Management Assistant
Priority given to candidates with experience in IT, banking, finance, or digital transformation projects.
Ability to multitask and track multiple assignments simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
