Senior Card Product

Market research to build competitive card products and card features in line with the card business orientation at SHBFinance. Develop processes, regulations, on the issuance, use and payment of cards
Assess customer needs by segment and collaborate with internal units to build and analyze projected product P&L in alignment with business strategy
Build up Technical requirements of card features on SHB Finance's satellite systems
Act as the primary liaison with card system vendors to define product requirements, configure parameters/features, participate in UAT, and validate readiness prior to official launch, ensuring accurate product functionality
Develop and update internal processes covering issuance, usage, customer service, risk management, and product handling to ensure consistency, control, and compliance. Establish and maintain risk control mechanisms throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborate with Internal Units to conduct internal training/coaching, and coordinate with Marketing to implement multi-channel communication and promotion
University graduated or above, preferably in other relevant economic disciplines such as Finance, Banking, and related other majors...
At least 3 years of experience in finance industry, preferably in card product and business
Detail understanding of the card products and services' requirement Ability to develop processes, operations, and operate credit card products
Understanding of systems and technical thinking about card products
